General rules and regulations
1.- Registrants must have assistance when backing into site and will be held liable for any damage moving into or out of a site.
2.-The speed limit is 10 km (6.2 miles).
3.-Facilities are solely for the use of the registrants and their guests and will be used at their own risk.
4.-Registrants and their guests will be held liable for damage to any park property.
5.-RV´s and vehicles are subject to managment approval.
6.-Generators are not allowed to run.
7.-No littering (cigarette butts on the ground are considered littering)
8.-Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Site guidelines
1.-The site registrants assigned is reserved only for the period for which has been prepaid.
2.-Registrants assigned. Vehicles parked on the roadway must be parallel to the roadway behind registrant´s rv. No parking vehicles on other sites.
3.-Parking shades must be approved by management.
4.-Sites are to be orderly and clean.
5.-Sites are not to be used as pet potties.
Guest policy
1.-Registrants must have their guests register at the office.
2.-Registrants are responsible for the actions of their guests.
Pool guidelines
1.-Registrants and guests must adhere to all posted signs.
2.-Swimsuits only, absolutely no cut offs or shorts.
Refuse disposal
1.-Garbage should be enclosed in plastic bags which are tied prior to placing in dumpster.
2.-Boxes and containers should be flattened prior to placing in dumpster.
3.-Registrants are not to leave refuse on their sites— use the dumpster.
Pet owner’s rules
1.-Pets permitted are dogs and cats. All further references to “pets” refers to all dogs and cats. Any other animals must be approved by management.
2.-Pets are not to be left unattended outside your RV or anywhere on the grounds.
3.-Do not walk pets on grass or other landscaped areas. Pick up immediately after them. Your site is not to be used as a “pet potty” be considerate of your neighbors. No pets trespassing or accidents on neighbor´s property will be tolerated.
4.-Pets must be inoculated and licensed in accordance with applicable laws.
Management may request proof of such information.
5.-In the effort to maintain a harmonious living atmosphere, permission for any pet to remain in the park that receive frequent complaints or cause any unreasonable disturbance or harm (barking, growling, biting or any other unreasonable noise or property damage) will be revoked by management.
6.-Should any pet pose a threat to the health or safety of any resident or staff, the owner of the pet shall be served with notice to remove the pet from premises.
7.-Guests may not bring pets into the park, with the exception or guide signal and/or other service animals.
8.-Do not feed any stray dogs, cats or other animals.
If you do not comply with these rules, management may at their sole discretion revoke approval of the pet and requiere the pet to be permanently removed from the park.
